I’m a Certified Scrum Master who enjoys helping teams do a little better every day by guiding the team and its members in dissolving obstacles, improving themselves and their connection with their teammates. I come from a background of software design, development and testing. I have worked for both big and small companies growing from the rich experiences each provided. I have a real passion for the tools of Scrum and Kanban, how they can be adapted and best used by teams to fit their unique situations and needs. Currently I work in a SAFe Agile environment on two different ARTs.
